Haunted House Business Plan

I get several emails every day. Many of them are about financing and where do I start if I want to open a haunt of my own. My response to most of the start up questions is have you done a business plan. The business plan acts like a roadmap keeping you on track for where you need to be and where you need and want to go with your haunt business. I have had many comments on the series I started on this site that worked through the business plan but I personally did not feel it gave enough detail and description for someone without a business background.
